Dawadmi Domestic Airport — Dawadmi, Saudi Arabia

Dawadmi Domestic Airport, coded DWD, serves the town of Dawadmi in the Riyadh Province of central Saudi Arabia, an agricultural and administrative center on the Najd plateau. As a domestic-only facility, DWD connects Dawadmi to Riyadh and other Saudi cities via Saudia's regional network, supporting government workers, local businesses, and residents who would otherwise face a long desert drive to the capital. The airport is modest in scale, with a single runway suited to narrow-body aircraft rather than international traffic. Dawadmi itself has historical significance as a crossroads town along traditional trade and pilgrimage routes across the Arabian interior, and the airport helps sustain that connectivity in the modern era.
