Sierra Vista Municipal Airport / Libby Army Air Field — Fort Huachuca / Sierra Vista, United States

FHU represents Sierra Vista Municipal Airport, also known as Libby Army Airfield, serving both the city of Sierra Vista and the adjacent Fort Huachuca military installation in Arizona. This dual-use facility supports civilian general aviation alongside U.S. Army operations tied to Fort Huachuca's intelligence and communications training missions. The airport's joint civil-military status is somewhat unusual, allowing it to serve local business and personal aviation needs while also functioning as an operational airfield for Army units stationed at the fort. Sierra Vista sits in southeastern Arizona near the Huachuca Mountains, and FHU provides an important regional air access point given the area's distance from larger Arizona airports like Tucson.
