Kherson International Airport — Kherson, Ukraine

Kherson International Airport (KHE) is located near Kherson in southern Ukraine, a city and region that has experienced intense fighting since Russia's full-scale invasion in 2022, including occupation and subsequent Ukrainian liberation of the city in late 2022. As a result of the ongoing war and the airport's proximity to the front line, KHE has not been operating scheduled commercial flights, and Ukrainian civilian airspace has remained closed since the invasion began. Before the war, KHE served regional domestic flights connecting Kherson to Kyiv. Its current status reflects the broader disruption to Ukraine's aviation infrastructure caused by the conflict, and there is no indication of resumed passenger service at this time.
