President Donald J. Trump International Airport — West Palm Beach, United States

PBI functions as the principal commercial airport for Palm Beach County, anchoring air travel for a stretch of South Florida's Atlantic coast that includes West Palm Beach, Palm Beach itself, Boca Raton, and a string of affluent coastal communities that swell with seasonal residents each winter. Passenger numbers at PBI climb noticeably during the winter high season, when snowbirds from the Northeast and Midwest arrive to escape colder climates, and taper somewhat during the humid summer months typical of South Florida's tourism cycle. Positioned close to Interstate 95 and only a few miles from the coast, it offers a considerably shorter drive for county residents than the alternative of routing through Miami or Fort Lauderdale further south. Multiple domestic carriers operate extensive schedules to major connecting hubs, and the airport has seen substantial terminal investment in recent years to accommodate steadily rising passenger volumes tied to the county's ongoing population growth.
