Jacarepaguá - Roberto Marinho Airport — Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Jacarepaguá - Roberto Marinho Airport (RRJ) is located in the Jacarepaguá district of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, primarily serving general aviation, helicopter operations, and executive charter flights. Once a hub for larger commercial operations and even Formula 1 racing nearby, the airport has increasingly shifted toward business aviation and offshore helicopter services supporting Brazil's oil industry. RRJ's proximity to Rio's western zone makes it convenient for executives and private travelers avoiding the busier Santos Dumont and Galeão airports. The facility also supports flight training and light aircraft maintenance. Despite its reduced commercial role, RRJ remains an active node in Rio de Janeiro's broader aviation landscape.
