Touho Airport — Touho, New Caledonia

Touho Airport serves the small commune of Touho on the northeast coast of New Caledonia's Grande Terre island in the South Pacific. As a modest regional airstrip, TOU primarily supports domestic connections operated by Air Caledonie, linking coastal and interior communities that lack easy road access due to the island's mountainous terrain. Facilities are basic, reflecting the airport's role as a lifeline for local residents rather than a hub for international tourism. Touho itself is known for its scenic coastline, waterfalls, and proximity to the Voh-Kone-Pouembout mining region, making the airport a quiet but functional gateway for travelers exploring this lesser-visited part of the French overseas territory.
