Heriberto Gíl Martínez Airport — Tuluá, Colombia

Heriberto Gíl Martínez Airport, identified by the code ULQ, serves the city of Tuluá in Colombia's Valle del Cauca department, a region celebrated for sugarcane cultivation and agricultural production. Named after a notable local figure, the airport primarily accommodates domestic flights connecting Tuluá with major Colombian cities, supporting business travel, agricultural commerce, and regional tourism. Tuluá itself sits within Colombia's fertile Cauca River valley, surrounded by green farmland and nearby Andean foothills. While ULQ handles modest passenger traffic compared to larger national hubs, it provides an important convenience for residents and companies operating in this productive agricultural region of western Colombia.
