Tashkent-Khumo International Airport — Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Tashkent-Khumo International Airport, designated TVT, represents part of Uzbekistan's ongoing efforts to expand aviation infrastructure around its capital region. Positioned to support the growing air traffic demands of Tashkent, TVT complements the existing Tashkent International Airport by adding capacity for cargo, charter, and passenger operations as the country modernizes its transport network. Uzbekistan has invested heavily in aviation development in recent years, aiming to strengthen its position as a Central Asian logistics and travel hub connecting Europe and Asia. TVT reflects this broader strategy, offering additional runway and terminal capacity. As Tashkent's urban area and economy continue expanding, facilities like TVT are expected to play a growing role in regional connectivity.
