Glauber de Andrade Rocha Airport — Vitória da Conquista, Brazil

Glauber de Andrade Rocha Airport serves Vitória da Conquista, a major city in the interior highlands of Bahia state, Brazil. Named after a pioneering Brazilian filmmaker born in the city, VDC connects this commercial and agricultural center to Salvador, São Paulo, and other domestic destinations. The airport supports the region's coffee, cattle, and retail industries, which have made Vitória da Conquista one of Bahia's most economically significant interior cities. Sitting at a relatively high elevation compared to Brazil's coastal cities, the area enjoys a milder climate that has attracted both business travelers and residents. VDC's terminal has expanded over the years to meet rising regional demand.
