Suzhou Guangfu Airport — Suzhou, China

Suzhou Guangfu Airport, coded SZV, is a general aviation facility located near Guangfu town in Jiangsu province, China, close to the historic city of Suzhou. Rather than serving scheduled commercial airline traffic, the airport primarily supports flight training, private aviation, and light aircraft operations within China's rapidly growing general aviation sector. Suzhou itself is renowned for its classical gardens and canal-side architecture, and the surrounding Jiangsu region has seen significant investment in aviation infrastructure as China expands regional airfields beyond major international hubs. SZV's compact runway and facilities reflect its focus on smaller aircraft rather than large jets. As China continues to liberalize its low-altitude airspace policies, airports like Suzhou Guangfu are expected to see increased general aviation activity in the coming years.
