Can Tho International Airport — Can Tho, Vietnam

Can Tho International Airport, coded VCA, sits at the heart of the Mekong Delta in southern Vietnam, serving Can Tho city and the surrounding river provinces. A modest airfield was expanded into a larger international-capable facility during the early 2010s, giving the delta a gateway beyond the long road journey to Ho Chi Minh City. A single runway and passenger terminal handle mostly domestic routes to Hanoi, Da Nang, Phu Quoc, and other Vietnamese cities, supplemented by a smaller number of regional international flights. Can Tho itself is known for floating markets, rice paddies, and fruit orchards, and the airport underpins the region's tourism and farm trade. Traffic volumes remain modest next to Vietnam's largest hubs, yet VCA remains a key link between the Mekong Delta and the rest of the country.
