Aktion National Airport — Preveza, Greece

Aktion National Airport, with the code PVK, serves the city of Preveza and the resort town of Lefkada on Greece's northwestern coast, near the Ambracian Gulf. PVK is an important seasonal gateway for tourists heading to the Ionian island of Lefkada and the surrounding Epirus coastline, with charter and low-cost carriers adding significant capacity during the summer tourist season from various European cities. Outside peak season, PVK sees comparatively modest traffic, reflecting its role as a holiday-driven regional airport rather than a year-round hub. Its proximity to beaches, historic sites, and the region's mild climate makes PVK a key entry point for northwestern Greek and Ionian tourism.
