Yulin Yuyang Airport — Yulin, China

Yulin Yuyang Airport, assigned the code UYN, serves the city of Yulin in China's Shaanxi province, a rapidly developing area situated near the northern edge of the Loess Plateau bordering the Mu Us Desert. Yulin has emerged as a significant energy production center, rich in coal, natural gas, and other mineral resources, and UYN has expanded steadily to accommodate growing business travel tied to this resource boom. The airport offers domestic connections to major Chinese cities including Beijing, Xi'an, and Shanghai, reflecting Yulin's increasing economic integration with the national network. UYN's modern terminal facilities represent broader infrastructure investment across China's inland provinces, supporting both energy-sector logistics and the region's expanding urban population.
